🌺 सरोगेसी बिल 🌺 🌻 लोकसभा में 19 दिसंबर 2018 को सरोगेसी (नियामक) विधेयक को पारित हुआ था। भारत में सरोगेसी से उभरने वाली समस्याओं से निपटने के लिए यह विधेयक लाया गया है. यह विधेयक व्यावसायिक सरोगेसी और इससे जुड़े अनैतिक कार्यों पर रोक लगाएगा. विधेयक में राष्ट्रीय एवं राज्य सरोगेसी बोर्ड गठित करने की बात कही गई है. इसके अतिरिक्त सरोगेसी के नियमन के लिए अधिकारियों के नियुक्ति की जाएगी. ✅ ️उद्देश्य: यह विधेयक लाने का उद्देश्य भारतीय महिलाओं को उत्पीड़न से बचाना है. इस बिल के माध्यम से सरोगेट जननी तथा उससे उत्पन्न बच्चे के अधिकारों की सुरक्षा की जाएगी. ❇ ️विधेयक से संबंधित मुख्य तथ्य: •   यह विधेयक केवल उन्हीं जोड़ों को सरोगेसी की अनुमति देगा जो बच्चा नहीं जन सकते. •   विधेयक के मुताबिक सरोगेसी का लाभ उठाने के इच्छुक व्यक्तियों को भारतीय होना होगा और उनकी शादी के कम से कम पांच साल हुए हों. इसके अलावा जोड़े में से किसी एक को यह साबित करना होगा कि वह बच्चा जनने की स्थिति में नहीं हैं. •   सरोगेसी के लिए बनाए जा रहे प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन करने पर बिल में कठोर सजा का भी प्रावधान किया

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 05 मार्च 2019 को गुजरात के गांधीनगर से 'प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना' का शुभारंभ किया. असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों और मजदूरों के लिए राष्ट्रीय पेंशन योजना की घोषणा फरवरी 2019 में अंतरिम बजट में की गई थी. इस योजना के तहत 60 वर्ष की आयु के बाद असंगठित क्षेत्र के कर्मचारियों को 3000 रुपये की मासिक पेंशन प्रदान करने का प्रावधान है. योजना से असंगठित क्षेत्र के 10 करोड़ श्रमिकों को लाभ मिलेगा. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 'प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना' का शुभारंभ कर 11,51,000 लाभार्थियों तक 13,58,31,918 रुपये की धनराशि सीधे पेंशन खातों में ट्रांसफर की.

         मिसाइल सिस्टम पुरस्कार रक्षा अनुसंधान विकास संगठन (डीआरडीओ) के चेयरमैन जी सतीश रेड्डी को प्रतिष्ठित मिसाइल सिस्टम पुरस्कार से नवाजा गया है। मिसाइल सिस्टम प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय काम करने के लिए उन्हें यह पुरस्कार अमेरिकन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एयरोनॉटिक्स और एस्ट्रोनॉटिक्स ने दिया है। रेड्डी को यह पुरस्कार एरिजोना स्थित रेथन मिसाइल सिस्टम के रेंडल जे विल्सन और वर्जीनिया स्थित प्रोफेशनल सोसाइटी ऑफ एयरोस्पेस इंजीनियरिंग के साथ प्रदान किया गया।बता दें कि 55 वर्षीय रेड्डी को पिछले साल ही डीआरडीओ का चेयरमैन बनाया गया था। यह पुरस्कार विषम संख्याओं वाले वर्षो में हर दो वर्ष में एक बार दिया जाता है। मिसाइल सिस्टम प्रौद्योगिकी को विकसित करने और क्रियान्वित करने में उत्कृष्टता के लिए यह पुरस्कार दिया जाता है।
