रक्षा सामग्री की खरीद

रक्षा अधिग्रहण परिषद (डीएसी) ने सशस्त्र बलों को उनकी आपातकालीन परिचालन आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए 300 करोड़ रुपये तक की तात्कालिक सैन्य सामग्री की खरीद से जुड़े मामलों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए अधिकार प्रदान किए।

डीएसी ने सशस्त्र बलों के लिए 300 करोड़ रुपये तक की तात्कालिक सैन्य सामग्री की खरीद से जुड़े मामलों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए अधिकार प्रदान किए।


इससे खरीद के लिए समय-सीमा में कमी आएगी और खरीद के लिए छह महीने के भीतर ऑर्डर दिया जा सकेगा और एक वर्ष के भीतर डिलीवरी की शुरुआत हो जाएगी।


रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह की अध्यक्षता में हुई विशेष डीसीए बैठक के दौरान इस संबंध में निर्णय लिया गया।

📚 निवेशकों को नई तेल व गैस नीति से लुभाने की कोशिश सरकार ने तेल एवं गैस खोज क्षेत्र में निजी और विदेशी निवेश आकर्षित करने के लिए इससे जुड़ी नीति में अहम बदलाव किए हैं। नई नीति के तहत सरकार नए एवं कम खोजे गए क्षेत्रों में हाइड्रोकार्बन उत्पादन पर संबंधित कंपनी से लाभ में हिस्सा नहीं मांगेगी। हर तरह के बेसिन के लिए एक समान अनुबंध वाली दो दशक पुरानी नीति में बदलाव करते हुए नई नीति में अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों के लिए अलग-अलग नियम बनाए गए हैं। इसके तहत पहले से उत्पादन वाले क्षेत्रों और नए क्षेत्रों के लिए नियम अलग-अलग रहेंगे। आधिकारिक अधिसूचना के अनुसार उत्पादकों को भविष्य में बोली के दौरान तेल एवं गैस के लिए विपणन और कीमत (मार्केटिंग एंड प्राइसिंग) के मामले में आजादी होगी। इस प्रक्रिया में इस बात से कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा कि बेसिन कैसा है। केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने 28 फरवरी को नियम में बदलाव को मंजूरी दी थी। इसमें कहा गया है कि भविष्य में सभी तेल एवं गैस क्षेत्र या ब्लॉक का आवंटन प्राथमिक रूप से खोज कार्यों को लेकर जताई गई प्रतिबद्धता के आधार पर किया जाएगा।नए नियम के तहत कंपनियों को श्रेणी-एक ...
