1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Qingdago, China to attend the annual Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit.

2. Mithali Raj has become the first Indian to score 2,000 runs in T20 International Cricket.

3. World Economic Forum (WEF) has appointed Sarita Nayyar to its Managing Board. 

- विश्व आर्थिक मंच (डब्ल्यूईएफ) ने सरिता नायर को अपने प्रबंध बोर्ड में नियुक्त किया है। 

4. Virat Kohli will be conferred with Polly Umrigar Award. 

- विराट कोहली को पॉली उमरीगर पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। 

5. Reserve Bank of India has decided to set up a Public Credit Registry (PCR) for containing information of all borrowers to ensure financial stability. 

- भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने वित्तीय स्थिरता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी उधारकर्ताओं की जानकारी रखने के लिए सार्वजनिक क्रेडिट रजिस्ट्री (पीसीआर) स्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया है। 

6. According to UNCTAD'S World Investment Report 2018, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to India declined from USD 44 billion in 2016 to USD 40 billion in 2017. 

- यूएनसीटीएडी की विश्व निवेश रिपोर्ट 2018 के अनुसार, भारत में विदेशी प्रत्यक्ष निवेश (एफडीआई) 2016 में 44 अरब अमेरिकी डॉलर से घटकर 2017 में 40 अरब अमेरिकी डॉलर हो गया।

HTML5 syntax

The HTML 5 language has a "custom" HTML syntax that is compatible with HTML 4 and XHTML1 documents published on the Web, but is not compatible with the more esoteric SGML features of HTML 4. HTML 5 does not have the same syntax rules as XHTML where we needed lower case tag names, quoting our attributes,an attribute had to have a value and to close all empty elements. But HTML5 is coming with lots of flexibility and would support the followings: Uppercase tag names. Quotes are optional for attributes. Attribute values are optional. Closing empty elements are optional. The DOCTYPE: DOCTYPEs in older versions of HTML were longer because the HTML language was SGML based and therefore required a reference to a DTD. 1. Dineshwar Sharma has been appointed as the next chief of Intelligence Bureau(IB).   i. A 1979-batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre known for keeping a low profile.  ii.
