Troubleshooting Sound Problems

If there are problems related to playing or recording sound, try the following troubleshooting approaches: qEnsure that the speakers and microphone are plugged into the correct connectors and the speaker volume knob is adjusted correctly. qCheck the software volume control using the Speaker/Headphonesicon () on Windows Taskbar. qCheck if the speakers are muted. If they are muted, then unmute them. For this, click the volume control icon and then click the Speakers/Headphones: Muted() icon. qCheck if the sound driver is updated by using the Device Managerwindow.
