                          Troubleshooting a USB Drive If a USB drive does not work properly, try the following troubleshooting approaches: q Unplug and then plug in the device. q If the computer prompts for a device driver error, read the information included with the device and visit the manufacturer’s website to download and install the recommended driver. q Test the USB drive on some other system.

                          Troubleshooting a Printer If a printer does not work properly, try the following troubleshooting approaches: q Check that the printer is on. q Ensure that the driver for the printer is installed on your computer. q Check whether the adequate cartridge is there in the printer.  If the cartridge is low, then replace it with a new cartridge.
